What’s the role?

Our Sales & Service Consultants (Motor Asset) are responsible for providing solutions that enhance the lifestyles of our members and the WA Community. Working across our varied product range, successful candidates will enjoy to meeting and exceeding sales targets by having great conversations with our members, to meet their evolving needs.  This is a phone based sales position that will have you working as part of a team building relationships with our new and existing members.  The products a Sales & Service Consultant will master are roadside assistance, vehicle insurance and finance applications.  

We are looking for people to join our team on a casual basis with flexible options for training available.  Once training is completed most of our consultants complete 20 to 25 hours of work per week pending their availability. 

The RAC has plenty on offer but before applying we suggest you consider:

  • This is a casual position with flexible options but ideally 20 to 25 hours per week is recommended to keep your skills sharp
  • We are a WA based contact centre for our WA Members and we are open from 7am - 8.30pm, Monday to Friday, and 8.30am - 5pm on the weekend, therefore your shifts could occur between these call centre contact hours
  • To ensure we set you up for success, we provide full training training based between our Joondalup and West Perth locations that you will need to attend
  • The training will be a minimum of 5 hours per day for the first few weeks
  • We use Microsoft based systems and multiple screens daily, good computer literacy is essential 
  • Once you have completed training you will join your team in Joondalup or West Perth
