We are a seeking an Analyst to join our newly created Product Delivery team within Product and Sales – Insurance.

Reporting to the Product Delivery Manager, you will be accountable for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, analysing business problems/opportunities, coordinating system testing and delivering recommendations and ultimately contributing to the successful delivery of Insurance initiatives and projects.

This opportunity is available on a 12 month maximum term contract basis.

What will you be doing?

  • Understand and communicate business requirements
  • Research and analyse existing operational processes
  • Assess, investigate and analyse business problems/opportunities
  • Prepare, collate and deliver testing recommendations for system changes
  • Manage system outages ensuring awareness across the business and mitigate potential impacts
  • Engage with key stakeholders at all levels
  • Capture end user requirements through a variety of channels
  • Prepare material and provide training and assistance to end-users following implementation
  • Support the management of compliance incidents 

About you

  • Broad insurance frontline operational experience with sound member service acumen
  • Demonstrated understanding of core Insurance systems (Shield B2C, Computer share)
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
  • Able to prioritise, self-motivate and work under pressure
  • Confident relationship management skills
